Islet grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Islet may offer optional paid features, including a Pro upgrade.
You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel purchases if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
We continually improve the Services. Features, availability, or functionality may change, and information within the App may occasionally be inaccurate or outdated.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or modify the Services at any time without prior notice.
The Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party services.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
The Services, including all original content, features, and functionality (excluding user Content), are owned by Islet and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use Islet’s name, branding, or logos without prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time by discontinuing use of the App.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Islet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Islet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or productivity, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Where required by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
Material changes will take effect after reasonable notice where required by law. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
